Fall Tuition Policy
Spotlight Studio Tuition Policy Our tuition is broken into 11 equal installments. (Tuition paid in full for the year before September 1st will receive a 10% discount and is non-refundable.) All accounts not paid in full must provide a credit/debit card to guarantee the account. Although installments are due on the 1st of each month, they are not monthly charges. Installment 1 is to be paid at registration to confirm your place on the roster and is therefore non-refundable. Installments 2 – 11 are to be paid by the 1st of each month, beginning September with the last installment due June 1st. Account statements are not distributed. Installments are due on the 1st of the month, if not paid by the 5th of the month, a $10.00 late fee will be added and if not paid by the 15th will be charged to the credit card on file. All accounts may be paid by cash, check or credit/debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is a $25.00 fee for a returned check. For your convenience, your account may be automatically drafted on the 1st of each month to your credit card on file. There is no additional cost for this service. Please remember to update your card information with any changes. Payment is due in full regardless of student's attendance. If Spotlight Studio closes due to inclement weather, we do not make up the class. Classes must meet a minimum enrollment of 6 students or the class may be dropped and students thoughtfully placed in an alternate class. Spotlight Studio must receive written notice by October 26, 2013 to cancel the contract. Saturday, October 26, 2013 is the final date to drop classes. After this date, you are confirming your place in class for the entire year. You will be responsible for all tuition, installments 1 – 11. Dancers agree to participate in the annual spring recital. A costume will be given to each dancer for each class of instruction, provided they participate in the recital. However, only accounts fully paid by recital will receive costumes and be able to perform. Due to the number of students and the length of the show, Spotlight Studio breaks its recital into multiple casts. While every attempt is made to accommodate our families, there is no guarantee that multiple classes or family members will be able to perform in the same recital cast and may perform in multiple casts. We appreciate your understanding. Your signature on this form gives Spotlight Studio approval to use photos taken in class, at recital or during other events for use in promotional material.

Summer Tuition Policy

For Company Dancers: A one-time tuition fee of $350 is due with registration and covers unlimited summer classes or use the tuition schedule for company families with multiple dancers.
